You are cordially invited to practice meditation (mind training)!

This session will be involve practicing focused-attention meditation, more information about its use can be found here. A scientific article research its benefits can be found here.

Please plan to arrive a little bit before 17:00. Meditation sessions will generally last 15 - 25 minutes. We will then have a “post-meditation” period with a discussion, and the occasional video clip. Post-meditation is a period to facilitate a carry-over from  the meditation session to our daily life, while giving us all a chance to connect, converse, and explore themes further.
