Stress Management

Studying can be very demanding and stressful. This is no problem when you stay focused at your task and work efficiently. However, not every student reacts to stress in an adequate way. Some students procrastinate, even when they are extremely busy. Other students spend too much time worrying about studying instead of just doing what they should be doing.

In this workshop we will help you to look at challenging situations in a healthy, productive way. This method, based on cognitive therapy, will not only be beneficial during your time at UCG, but for the rest of your life.

This workshop is organised by the Student Service Centre (SSC).
