Happiness, mental health & stress
We all recognize a desire to be happy. But what is important to be happy? A big part of the student population faces mental health issues. Depression, fatigue and stress being the top 3. How can we take better care of ourselves? And (how) can we reach a sustainable happiness, something that lasts?
