On Saturday, the 25th of May, you are invited to join the “Bijen Bloemen Day”. This day is in the theme of getting together and learning more about biodiversity and bees in the city, and working together on making Groningen a little bit more beautiful regarding these topics.

12:00 - 13:00 |
Planting the seeds for the flowers at Libertas. |

13:00 - 14:00 |
Lunch. We want to provide lunch using locally sourced and produced products, incorporating the sustainable initiative in our meal. We will buy the food most likely from the Stadsakker to support their work. |

15:00 - 18:00 |
At our Faculty at UCG we will proceed with getting together in groups and building bee hotels, to later put up around the city and in our flower meadow. |
|
18:00 - 20:00 |
Dinner BBQ with all participants, once again we would like to use products in the realm of sustainability (supporting local brands). |
