Hey Class of '28! 🎉

We’re so excited to welcome you to UCG with not just one, but two unforgettable events: Introweekend (August 28–30)and Introcamp (October 10–12).
First up is Introweekend, where you’ll get to know Groningen and your fellow classmates through a mix of exciting activities — think wild games like Crazy 22, fun group challenges, city exploration, cooking fun, and of course, a party at Vaatje, our beloved student pub. You'll be paired up with second-year students — your weekend “parents” — who will help guide you through it all and make sure you feel at home.
Then, once you've settled in a bit more, we’ll regroup in October for a weekend getaway to Drenthe for Introcamp. Don’t worry, no tents involved! We’ll be staying in a cozy group accommodation tucked away in nature. The main building will host our events and late-night fun, while a smaller, quieter space is also available if you’d rather enjoy a good night’s sleep.
Whether you’re all about high-energy activities or prefer something a bit more relaxed, there’s something for everyone. We can't wait to kick off the year with you!
